Account Deletion Request
In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Developer Policies, Drza allows users to request full account and personal data deletion directly from the web without requiring the app to be reinstalled.
What happens when your account is deleted?
- Your account profile (Name, Email, Phone number) is permanently deleted.
- All saved delivery addresses and saved garment measurements are removed.
- Active mobile app sessions and authentication tokens are revoked.
- Note: Past invoices and financial transaction records are retained for statutory periods required by UAE tax and accounting regulations.
