Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Drza website at drza.me, the Drza mobile applications, and the alteration and repair services we provide. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who We Are

Drza is a trading name of DRZA Clothing Tailoring L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Abu Dhabi and licensed by the Abu Dhabi Registration Authority under licence number CN-6585978.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your address and phone number accurate.

3. Orders, Quotations and Prices

• Prices shown on the website and in the app are guide prices.
• After you submit an order we review your garment details and send you a confirmed price. An order becomes a contract only when you approve the confirmed price and payment is completed. Until then you may cancel at no cost.
• A flat delivery charge of AED 20 is added to each order, covering collection and return across Abu Dhabi.

4. Pickup and Delivery

You choose a collection date and address in Abu Dhabi. Delivery timeframes (standard 4 working days from collection) are estimates and we keep you updated throughout.

5. Your Responsibilities as a Customer

• Check pockets and remove all personal belongings before handing over garments.
• Tell us about anything we should know — delicate fabrics, existing damage, or sentimental pieces.
• Give clear instructions, measurements or pinning. Alterations are irreversible.

6. Quality Check & Guarantee

If the work does not match your instructions, tell us within 2 days of delivery. We will correct it at no charge, or where correction is not possible, refund the cost of that service under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
