Here are answers to common questions about Drza collection, tailoring, and delivery services.
Clothing alterations and repairs. We collect the item from you, our partner tailors do the work, and we return it. We do not offer laundry or dry cleaning.
Everyday and formal clothing — dresses, jumpsuits, shirts, blouses, suit jackets, sweatshirts, trousers, skirts, shorts — and traditional wear including abaya, kandura and mukhawwara.
All areas of Abu Dhabi. A single flat delivery charge of AED 20 per order covers both collection and return, regardless of how many items you send.
Standard turnaround is 4 working days from collection.
Pin the garment and send it as it is, or send an item that already fits and ask us to copy it. Both work as well as measurements.
You can request account deletion in the app under Settings or directly on our Account Deletion Page in compliance with App Store policies.
Tell us within 2 days of delivery. If the work does not match what you asked for, we put it right at no charge.
